Penis Enlargement Technique - The Basic Milk
Important: Perform the Basic Milk exercise with your penis in semi-erect state. Also, you will need lubricant for this exercise. Now that you're stretched, its time for the Basic Milk exercise. Here's how you do it:
- Bring your penis to a semi erect state
- Apply a generous amount of lubricant oil on your penis and both your hands
- Grip firmly around the base of your penis with your thumb and forefinger making an OK sign
- Slide your hand with the OK sign outward along your penis... towards the head
The "OK" grip must be firmed. The objective of the Milking Technique is to force the blood to the head of your penis. When your "OK" grip of one hand is at the middle of your penis, take your opposite hand, do an "OK" grip at the base and perform the same motion again (sliding outward). The sliding motion of each hand should last approximately 3 seconds. Perform 100 slides for each hand for a total of 200 slides. Warm Down.
Important: The Warm Down must be performed after you're done with the Basic Milk.
Lightly massage the entire shaft of your penis with your fingers for approximately 3 minutes.
Perform the Hot Wrap again.
Penis Enlargement Technique - The Advanced Milk
Important: The Basic Milk exercise must be performed for 6 weeks before proceeding with the Advance Milk. The Advance Milk is a more intense Milking exercise with more repetitions. This exercise is highly recommended if you're a penis enlargement enthusiast. Here's what you do:
Perform the Hot Wrap and the Stretch exercise as you normally would in the Basic Milk exercise
After that, perform the Advance Milk exercise as you would in the Basic Workout. But this time, increase the milking motion to 200 times per hand... for a total of 400 times.
Important: Perform the Milk Exercise with your penis in semi-erect state. Also, you will need lubricant for this exercise.

- When your "OK" grip of one hand is at the middle of your penis, take your opposite hand, do an "OK" grip at the base and perform the same motion again (sliding outward)
- The sliding motion ("milk") of each hand should last approximately 3 seconds
- Perform 200 "milk" for each hand for a total of 400 "milk" for the advance workout
Once you're done with the Milk, perform the Warm Down as you would in the Basic Workout.
Penis Enlargement Technique - The Advanced Milk
This is about as basic as it gets, but it is also very important. By practicing the method that I am going to describe to you, I was able to GET STRONGER ERECTIONS, EJACULATE ACROSS THE ROOM and HAVE BETTER ORGASMS without going flacid (soft) and you can do all this too!
This can be done anywhere - At work, in bed, at home, at college. Literally, you can do this now.
You have muscles in between your ‘scrotum’ and ‘anus’. To find them, you can imagine you are tensing your ‘anus’ up and then releasing it. You should feel a strange sensation, which is quite uncomfortable at first. This uncomfortable feeling is because the muscle is very weak right now. You have to strengthen it.
You strengthen this muscle by tensing it and releasing it. This must be done regularly throughout the day. For example you could try tensing it five times in the morning, five times at Midday and then five times before you go to bed. Keep this up and after a month or so, it will be very strong.
Some people find this exercise very hard to do AS I DID AT FIRST. You don’t have to do it this way.
Instead, when you are in the toilet taking a ‘pee’. Hold your ‘pee’ before you have finished and hold it a few seconds. Do this again and repeat between 3 and 5 times every time you go to the toilet. This will give the desired exercise effect but is sometimes easier for people with a weak muscle.
That’s it, voila, your first penis enlargement exercise. You are well on your way to that growth you never thought was possible.

This workout should be taken as a rough guide only - some will take longer to achieve this and others will take less time. You should now be able to advance onto the intermediate workout.
